This competition starts 01 October 2023 and ends on 30 November 2023. This competition is run by Marico South Africa (Pty) Ltd. Employees of Marico South Africa (Pty) Ltd, and any associated companies and their immediate families or any person having direct involvement with the devising and distribution of this competition or any involvement with the company’s product and services and such person’s immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Entry to the competition is via the USSD code only (*120*906#). A CLI (mobile phone number) can only win airtime once in a 7-day period. A CLI can only enter a maximum of 20 times – after that the entries will not be counted. Sessions are charged at 20 cents per 20 seconds. No late entries will be considered. Marico South Africa (Pty) Ltd and associated companies and sponsors are not responsible for any incomplete, inarticulate, garbled, or incorrect details. All media and information regarding participation in this competition must be read subject to these rules. If required, as a result of legislation or regulation, the promoter shall have the right to terminate the competition immediately and without notice. In this case, by entering, all entrants agree to waive any right that they may have in terms of the competition and acknowledge and agree that they will have no recourse of whatever nature against Marico South Africa (Pty) Ltd and associated agents. The vehicle presented to the winner may differ from the image used in advertising materials. The prize is not transferable. Any prizes not claimed within 30 days will be forfeited in its entirety and is non-negotiable. All entrants must be available on the day of the draw to qualify as a potential winner. If Marico South Africa (Pty) Ltd is unable to contact the chosen potential winner of the applicable draw, Marico South Africa (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to disqualify such winners and draw new winners immediately thereafter.
