This competition starts 1 August 2021 and ends on 30 September 2021. This competition is run by Marico South Africa (PTY) LTD. Employees of MARICO SA, and any associated companies and their immediate families or any person having direct involvement with the devising and distribution of this competition or any involvement with the company’s product and services and such person’s immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Entry to the competition is via the USSD code only (*120*37445#). A CLI (mobile phone number) can only win airtime once in a 7-day period. A CLI can only enter a maximum of 20 times – after that the entries will not be counted. Sessions are charged at 20 cents per 20 seconds. No late entries will be considered.
MARICO SA and associated companies and sponsors are not responsible for any incomplete, inarticulate, garbled or incorrect details. All media and information regarding participation in this competition must be read subject to these rules. If required, as a result of legislation or regulation, the promoter shall have the right to terminate the competition immediately and without notice. In this case, by entering, all entrants agree to waive any right that they may have in terms of the competition and acknowledge and agree that they will have no recourse of whatever nature against MARICO SA and associated agents. The vehicle presented to the winner may differ from the image used in advertising materials.
The prize is not transferable or convertible to cash. MARICO SA & associated companies of this campaign hold no liability for any prize being damaged within transit. The decision of MARICO SA is final and no correspondence will be entered into. MARICO SA and associated agents and prize sponsors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss or damages occurring as a result of participation in this competition. All entrants, by entering, accept that their entries will become the property of MARICO SA. Any prizes not claimed within 30 days will be forfeited in its entirety and is non-negotiable. The draw will be held on Friday 08th October 2021. All entrants must be available on the day of the draw to qualify as a potential winner. If MARICO SA (Pty) LTD is unable to contact the chosen potential winner of the applicable draw, MARICO SA (Pty) reserves the right to disqualify such winners and draw new winners immediately thereafter.
The prize winner may be required to appear and be identified on or in national or regional media at no fee. All entrants to the competition agree to be bound by the competition rules. All entrants must reside in the Republic of South Africa and be citizens of RSA with an official RSA identity document and must have a legal South African driver’s license. Entering this competition indicates acceptance of these rules.
